World Cup Special To Milan (23 – 27 June 2010)
Highline Tours & Travel is able to offer a special Italian breakaway package for South Africans, thanks to the availability of a charter flight coming to South Africa for the Soccer World Cup.
We take great pleasure in presenting you with the following provisional itinerary:
Proposal no 1
- R7900.00 per person sharing, nett, excluding airport taxes of R350.00 per person
- Return flight from Johannesburg to Milan with Air Italy
- 4 nights' accommodation in the Ora City Milano Hotel on a bed and breakfast basis
- 3 days in Milan at clients’ own leisure
- Transfer from and to the airport on arrival and departure days
Proposal no 2
- R9900.00 per person sharing, nett, excluding airport taxes of R350.00 per person
- Return flight from Johannesburg to Milan with Air Italy
- 4 nights’ accommodation in the Ora City Milano Hotel on a half board basis
- 3 x day excursions: Shopping tour of Milan, romantic tour of Venice, wine and food tour of Parma
- Transfer from and to the airport on arrival and departure days

The flight on 23 June 2010 will depart from OR Tambo International at 11:00. Estimated time of arrival at the Malpensa airport in Milan will be at 21:00.
The return flight on 27 June 2010 will depart at 07:00 from the Malpensa airport in Milan. Estimated time of arrival at OR Tambo International will be at 17:00.
Check in time is two hours prior to departure.

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit on confirmation and final payment 3 weeks (21 days) prior to departure. Travel documents will be issued 3 weeks prior to departure on receipt of full payment. An additional 3.5% administration fee will be charged on credit card payments. We will however try our very best to speed up this process and get tickets, documents etc. issued earlier in order for you to apply for visas and foreign currency.
On receiving your booking form, we will issue you with an invoice which will include banking details.
Just to reconfirm, the package price does not include airport taxes of R350.00 per person. This can be paid over to Highline Tours & Travel when final payment is done.
Clients are to apply for their own Schengen visas, medical and travel insurance.
Visas can be obtained from the Italian Embassy in Pretoria and the Consulate of Italy in Cape Town.
